  1. If you love the hunger games then you are probably going like book to. Its called matched at it is the first book to a two book series. It is alot like The Hunger Games series becuase the "society" has taken over just like the "capital" took over in the hunger games. BUt in this world everything is "fair". The society never messes up, the society knows exactly who you are and the knows who the perfect match will be for you. Cassia, the main charecter, goes to this thing called a Match banquet. This means that when you are seventeen you go to the m,atch banquet and the society tells you who you are going to marry. They usually end up perfect. For most of the seventeen year olds, their matches are someone they dont really know, but in Cassia's case her match ends up being her best friend-Xander. Want to know what happens next? Well dont just sit there READ THE BOOK!!!!

  2. I am reading Sumble. It is really good so far and my favorite part right now is when Ledge is helping fix the motercycle with Winona.
Ledge needs to learn how to scumble his savvy or else he wont be able to go out of the ranch
into the world without destroying stuff when he gets mad. I hope that he scumbles his savvy soon so that he will be happier and will be able to go out of the ranch without destroying stuff.

  3. i read matched. it was a book about a future of the world where there was a tight government and everone had to follow their rules or they would be reclasified and sent to the outer proviences. the main carators name is cassia and she just turned 17 and is headed to her match banquet. this is where she will be told who she is going to marry. almost all of the time it is someone who lives somewhere else and who you dont know. when she stands up to look at the screen to see her match, the screen goes black. people start to wisper around her. when the anouncer sais that her match is in the room, she doesnt know what to think. when it turns out that her match is her best friend since she was little she feels realeaf.after the banquet xander, her match and best friend, comes over and holds her hand.along with the night comes a silver box with a micro card with the basic information about their match. when she puts the card in xanders face pops up for only a second then a new face apeares. and it happens that it is someone that she knows. the next night and officer, a police sort of charaater, comes and tells her that it was a joke and when they find out who put his picture in the port that there will be serios punishment for them. cassia is releaved, but cant get the boys picture out of her head.

  4. I have read Savvy. The book was really good and my favorite part was when Mibs figured out her savvy was reading the minds of people who had ink on their skin. It was really sad when Mibs dad was mentally wrong some days but it was good that he survived. I thought it was really funny when the pastor found out that the Bibles were pink. The book had a very good ending that raped the story up nicely

  5. I'm reading Savvy. It is about children who sort of have powers that they sometimes can't control. Once you turn 13 you get your power. The main character is Mibs who is turning 13 and is very nervous to find out what her power is. Her dad has been sent to a hospital for an accident and her mother and her oldest brother are there with him. Mibs' grandfather is in charge of them and her other siblings. The preacher's wife says the kids need a mother in the house so she comes and helps out with them. She wants to have a 13th bithday party for Mibs, but that is the last thing Mibs wants to do. She is afraid that her power won't be able to be controlled and sure enough she faints at her party. Earlier that morning she had woken up her little sister, Gypsy, and she knows it is very hard to wake her up because she sleeps very hard. She had also woken up her older brother's pet turtle that has been dead, but her mother didn't have the heart to get rid of it. So Mibs realizes her power is waking things up and she wants to go find her dad in the hospital and wake him up. The only problem is that Mibs' dad is in Salina and she doesn't want the preacher's wife to go with her. After fainting, Mibs tries to leave the party and go to Salina. The preacher has a few children and one of them is Mibs age and he hangs out with her. The other is a few years older and she thinks she's too cool to be at the party. The preacher has ordered Bibles for their church and the person who delievers them is from Salina. The preacher is yelling at the man who delievered the Bibles because they are pink and he claims that he didn't order pink. After Mibs faints, she leaves the poarty and sees the man's bus and the address is in Salina. Mibs gets in the bus and the preacher's son, Will follows her. Bobbi, the preachers daughter claims she will get in trouble for letting them go so she gets in the bus too.

  6. Well right now in Matched, Cassia has been matched with Xander for a month now but is starting to like Ky(an abberation). It's this whole love triangle just like between Katniss Peeta and Gale. Its really great so far but you know.

  7. I am currently reading "Speak". It is about a girl named Melinda who is about to start her freshman year of high school. She will unfortunately be starting it with no friends. During an end of the summer party, Melinda was sexually assaulted. She called the police, who stopped the party, but it landed some people in prison. Everyone hated Melinda for ruining the party. She is too afraid to reveal what happened at the party, and she fears that if she does, no one will believe her. Even her ex-bestfriend Rachel/Rachelle is giving her the cold shoulder. I'm close the end of the book, and I'm curious to see how everyone will react when she finally speaks.

  8. I just finished "The Notebook" by Nicholas Sparks. It is the love story of Noah Calhoun and Allie Hamilton. When they were young, they spent the summer together, and they fell in love, but at the end of the summer, Allie had to move with her parents. Her parents thought Noah wasn't good enough for her because he was considered "lower class" and the Hamilton's were high society people. Noah loved Allie fiercely, and Allie returned that same love to him. Their parting was the most difficult thing that either one of them had to experience. Fourteen years down the road, Noah lives alone in a house he fixed up himself, and Allie is engaged to a successfull laywer named Lon Hammond. Although she loves Lon, she can't help but remember the way Noah used to make her feel, and Lon could never make her make her feel that way. One day she found an article in the paper about Noah renovating his house, and she could not resist the urge to him again after all these years. She told Lon she was going antique shopping, but she was on her way to Noah's. Noah was surprised to see her, but even more grateful, because his heart had ached for 14 years, consumed by the pain of missing her. Renovating his house was his way of coping. It kept him busy so he didn't have time to think about her. Despite Allie's best attempts to stay true to her fiance, seeing Noah was too much. They fell in love all over again, but in reality, they had never stopped. Allie realized that Noah was the only man she ever wanted to be with, and that Lon could never understand her like Noah did. They ended up getting married, and the love they shared only became stronger everyday. Fast forward in time, and they have shared a life of happiness, children, grandchildren, and love like no other. They are both in their 80s, but Allie has Alzheimer's. It has increased in severity. When Noah talks to her sometimes she will say, "who are you?", and it takes a piece of Noah's heart every time. When Allie was first diagnosed with the disease, she told Noah to write down their wonderful story, and that she wanted him to read it to her everyday. Sometimes she wouldn't remember, but she would always love him, and when he read the story, sometimes he found that nothing is more powerful than love, when she would recognize him and remember their story. And those were the greatest days of his life.
